Britney Shaved with a Tat

No one knows exactly why Britney shaved her...head, but it seems that she might have been a little...high.

Shortly after Spears shaved her own head(the hair dresser refused to and so she grabbed the sheers herself) she made a stop at a tattoo parlour and made an even bigger ass of herself when she complained that she was being touched too much and that the tattoo process hurt. Huh, funny that. Finally when the cops rocked up they escorted her to her SUV so that she might go home and sober up around a bottle of Evian*.
