SA has World's Best Hotel

Something to lighten the mood around here after the somewhat depressing posts we had Friday and Monday with regards to crime and leaving SA for greener pastures. Singita Private Game Reserve has been voted as the BEST hotel in the World. Fin24 brings you the news
Singita Private Game Reserve in Sabi Sands has been voted as the world's best hotel, while Cape Town ranked among the top ten "best tourism cities", according to an internet survey conducted by Travel & Leisure Magazine.
Cape Town was ranked a sexy 6 (above New York even) as well in another related poll:
Cape Town was ranked sixth worldwide in the travel magazine's annual survey for 2006 on tourism criteria such as sights, culture and arts, restaurants/food, people, shopping and value for money.
