New James Bond has been named

Image hosted by Photobucket.comThe producers of the hugely successful James Bond film franchise have chosen British actor Daniel Craig to take over the role of the suave super-spy, a report said on Wednesday.

The 37-year-old has been offered a three-film deal by Bond producer Barbara Broccoli and is expected to sign up formally in the next few weeks, the Sun newspaper reported. [Continue - IOL Tonight]

Eh, Daniel Craig as 007 - who the hell is he? I got a bit worried when the rumors were out that Clive Owen (Closer) was going to be the next, my hopes went slightly back up when I heard Julian McMahon (Nip/Tuck - Christian Troy, my hero) was in the running. But fucking Daniel Craig? Give me break - but hey what do I know. I really shouldn't be the one to judge/complain as I haven’t seen any of the movie's he's been in, well except Tomb Raider but don’t remember much of the sucker. Who knows, he may even turn out to be the best JB ever!
