The "Pubis Tigris" muscle: Johann explains

Johann, of the Dot Net clan explains the strange phenominon that is Paris Hilton's enlarged crotch-eral area that almost made me disperse my eggs and bakey over my 17 inch, screen that is.
Paris has what us medical folk refer to as an "enlarged" or "over exerted" Pubis Tigris muscle.
