Paris Upskirt Picture... Again!

I'm not too sure what inspires these bitches to wear no panties to these rich & shameless functions. Anyway, most of you remember the Lohan-gape of June (and every other month since) and I don't think anyone will be forgetting the Spears-gate of last week too soon.
